Industrial Portable Mixers Models AQLE top entering open tank fixed mounted mixer with a 316L {Low Carbon} Stainless Steel Drum Lid Assembly.  The motor coupling, located below the mixer mounting base,  will be constructed of 316L {Low Carbon} stainless steel for precise alignment to minimize shaft deflection and to enable ease of installation.  The cast iron  gearbox with commercially standard paint features a 98% efficient high strength single helical gear reduction with a minimum AGMA Service Factor of 1.5 based on motor nameplate.  Please note that our gear reduction is not made from inefficient "soft wear" worm gearing, is not a low quality planetary gear.  The removable agitator/gearbox coupling is constructed of 316LSS stainless steel for precise alignment to minimize shaft deflection and to enable ease of installation.  Please note that non-aligning, non-concentric split couplings are not used.  Standard motor options include: 1750 RPM's either 115/208-230 Volt, 1-phase, IP55, 60 hertz or 208-230/460 Volt, 3-Phase, 50/60 Hertz, IP55, Class F insulated, T3C temperature rise, inverter ready  5:1 constant torque, TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) designs with commercially standard paint.  Available motor upgrades or options include:  

	Food grade” high pressure wash down all stainless or with electrostatically white epoxy finish, with tropicalized class F insulation, TENV  or TEFC, and a 1.15 Service Factor
	Explosion Proof - Class I, Group D or C&D, Class II, Group F&G, T3C)
	Intrinsically safe {suitable for explosion proof environments) variable speed rotary vane or piston type air motors totally enclosed with air muffler.
