Portable Mixer Models AQO
top entering open tank fixed mounted mixer with either a 316L {Low
Carbon} Stainless base plate <horizontal mounting surface/bolt-on> for
mounting to a suitable support structure. The motor coupling, located
below the mixers mounting base, will be
constructed of 316L {Low Carbon} stainless steel for precise alignment to minimize shaft
deflection and to enable ease of installation. Standard motor options include: 1750 RPM's either 115/208-230 Volt,
1-phase, IP55, 60 hertz or 208-230/460 Volt, 3-Phase, 50/60 Hertz, IP55, Class F
insulated, T3C temperature rise, inverter ready 5:1 constant torque, TEFC (Totally
Enclosed Fan Cooled) designs with commercially standard paint. Available
motor upgrades or options include:

all stainless or with electrostatically white epoxy finish, with
tropicalized class F insulation, TENV or
TEFC, and a 1.15 Service Factor

The agitator shaft and maximum effect propeller(s) are as specified, which are measured
from the mixers mounting base. All wetted parts will be constructed of
316L {Low Carbon} Stainless Steel (with 316SS hardware). Each
mixers will be "Manufactured in USA" and
will be built with pride and dedication.
