Terms & Conditions for Sale &
Invoicing:
GENERAL – The above
is a material quotation only with mixer installation by others.
Only those items specifically described above are included herewith.
Other items may be added at a modified price.
We do not include anchorage, wiring, starters, tools, grout, panels,
mounting brackets, pipe, fittings, baffles, limit rings, grating, mounting
beams, lubricants, sealants, electrical controls, any electrical apparatus,
special coatings unless expressly stated (other than manufactures standard) or
field painting, tools or related materials.
DRAWINGS – Within one
(1) week after receipt of an acceptable order.
SHIPMENT – Two (2)
days to 1 week after we are release to manufacture the final design.
TAXES – Applicable
taxes paid by your organization or its agents.
FREIGHT – All items
FOB, Harrisburg, PA.
TERMS – Net 30
days from invoice.
PRICING – All prices
are in US Dollars will be held firm for the delivery
period that we have quoted provided that we have received an acceptable purchase
order and all submittal data is approved and returned to Cheap-Stir Mixers
within 60 days of submission. Please
find enclosed standard terms and conditions, which will become apart of any
resulting order.
